Hayaan mo, marami ka naman palang naipon na peso at dollar account, think of this event as your early retirement. Ang importante, hindi ka naman nagnakaw ng pera sa gobyerno at ang pagkakamali mo lang ay it was not properly declared in your SALN. Don't worry, kung marami ang galit sa yo, marami rin namang nagmamahal at naniniwala sayo.

Sa mga nagsampa ng impeachment at mga judges na nag convict kay CJ Corona, eto lang ang masasabi ko sa inyo... BRAVO BRAVO BRAVO! Ang gagaling ninyo! Ang lilinis ng mga kamay ninyo! Sana umunlad na ang Pilipinas sa pag-convict ninyo kay  CJ Corona! Sana mawala na nga ang curruption sa Pilipinas! Sana dumami na ang trabaho sa Pilipinas! Sana hindi na maghihirap ang bansa natin dahil convicted na si CJ Corona. At sana mare-elect ulit kayo sa susunod na election, ang gagaling nyo kasi eh!

At ikaw naman Pangulong Aquino, ikaw nalang ang umupo sa Supreme Court para IKAW NA!

Malacanang, Corona is the best witness for prosecution

In an article from the Philippine Daily Inquirer dated May 27, 2012 which reads:

Malacañang is not shaken by Chief Justice Renato Corona’s dramatic second turn at the witness stand, and thinks the top magistrate is “the best witness for the prosecution.” 

“Mr. Corona has finally admitted what the impeachment court [wants] to find out: [Did he withhold] information from his [statements of assets, liabilities and net worth]? He did,” said Edwin Lacierda, President Aquino’s spokesperson, after the impeachment hearing in the Senate on Friday.
Lacierda said Corona declared only P3.5 million in cash in his 2010 SALN, but testified on Friday that he had P80 million and $2.4 million in the bank.

“The issues have been joined,” Lacierda said. “Mr. Corona has become the best witness for the prosecution. He has proven, by his demeanor and his very own statements, the validity of the charges against him, and provided evidence more than sufficient to determine his fate.”

Lacierda noted that Corona, in his testimony on Friday, claimed that the Foreign Currency Deposits Act (FCDA) enacted in 1974 was superior to the requirements of the 1987 Constitution.
“[Mr. Corona] has made his legal legacy a Get-Out-of-Jail-Free-Card for all officials who are plunderers and crooks,” Lacierda said.

If Corona’s interpretation of the law is right, Lacierda said, all that thieving officials need to do is “park their ill-gotten funds in foreign currency accounts” to make themselves immune to prosecution under the antigraft laws. READ MORE.


BatoBato Replies: Nagtataka lang ako sa Malacanang, impeachment court ba kayo at nangunguna pa kayo sa pag bigay ng verdict sa kaso ni CJ Corona? Parang naniniwala na tuloy ako sa sinabi ni CJ Corona na gusto nyo syang tanggalin sa pwesto by all means at gusto ninyo kontrolin ang lahat ng sangay ng gobyerno! 

Teka muna kapeng mainit, Kagalang-galang na Pangulong Aquino, binoto ka namin para pangalagaan ang karapatan ng mamamayan at hindi para mag-hariharian.Mag-ingat ka sa pagbitaw ng opinyon mo sa publiko, hindi ka si Kris Aquino na pwedeng isambulat ang opinyon kahit bugso lang ito ng emotion. Hindi ka si Kris! Babae si Kris, at ikaw... anyway wala ka sa showbiz. Yun lang. Oh, wag pikon, opinion lang. Ikaw nga dyan lagi mong nilalait si CJ Corona sa publiko, kaya ginagaya lang kita. Ayos ba?
